Are there special need that need to/should/could be given to 3-4 week old baby dwarf hamsters?

So sorry for your recent losses :( . Dwarf hamsters don't get wet tail. When I got my hamster Peanut (a Syrian, but you could do the same for a dwarf), he was the runt of the litter, and so tiny. I took a few oats and soaked them in a drop of milk and spoon fed it to him daily. He loved it. Just make sure no milk gets in the cage and turns sour. Also you could give them baby food, chicken maybe, with no onion or garlic flavoring. Good luck with your new babies.
