How much food does a baby red sided garter snake eat a week?

i fed my red sided garter snake some baby frogs and earthworms. im afraid hes not getting enough but i dont want to over feed him. i have another question too and its "can snakes get fat or do they just grow longer" im worried about him. plz help! :)
