Looking into a 2004 350Z!?

I finally found a 350Z in my area and was wondering if you guys think it's a good deal or not. Ok It's just the standard 2 Door Coupe, 6 speed manual transmission, It has 39K miles on it, it's a hard top, Cloth interior, traction control, power everything, and it's got the Bose sound system. Now they want $18,937 for it and I am trading in a 2003 Mustang V6 that is in perfect condition and also thinking of throwin down $1.5K for a down payment. So do you guys think this is a good deal or do you think i can talk them down more? Also what kind of insurance should I expect since I'm a 19 year old guy, though I have a spotless record!
