If an intruder came in my house ...HELP!!?

If you're 18+ you are responsible for your own actions. Whether or not that would be legal depends on the specific things that happened, and what state you live in. Some states basically allow you to kill someone for stepping onto your property uninvited, other states have really strict laws about the cirstances.
