It is possible if we get married there in romania can i extend my visa?

bcz i want to stay there in my boyfriend country so that i can take good care of him ad also i can adopt there cultures.... bcz im from manila philippines and he live in bucharest romania so its posssible if i can extend my short stay visa to long term visa whem we get married? im very happy tat you will help about this matters thx
