How should I go about meeting my estranged brother?

Ok so the last time I saw my brother was probally 2000-2001 on christmas day. I havent seen him since then because he had a child with a woman. Even though there have been 2 paternity tests he still denies the child. My father accepts the child as his grandchild which is the right thing to do. But scince than my brother hasnt spoken to him. Not even at my grandmothers wake. scince I live with my parents he has not spoken to me. I realy want to get in touch with him. My brother mark lives with him and I dont know how I should tell my brother mark I want to be in his life. On the other hand my dad has given everything to my estranged brother and I cant get over the fact that someone who raised you, someone who loved and made you who you are, you could just backstab like that. Im sure its been killing my dad for years, andI dont know if I can wait any longer. If he doesnt want to meet me and talk... well I guess hes not my brother.
