How can i bring down the swelling on my face?

i got my 4 wisdom teeth removed surgically through the gums. my face is swollen like a pumpkin. it looks like i gained 4lbs on my face. its been 2 days since the surgery. how can i get rid of this. or do i have to just wait it out.....?
