Shoes for francis tuttle vo-tech?!?

so im starting francis tuttle vo tech in oklahoma city, oklahoma this tuesday and i have nooo idea where and what kind of shoes i should get for my cosmetology uniform thing? they have to be closed toed and closed heeled and cant be flats or canvas shoes and have to be black. does anyone know any i could get at say a store near oklahoma city and cheap ish (under $70) and not competely hideous?! thanks!
