Getting admission into top notch business schools like harvardn,stanford,sloan etc?

hi.My name is P.Phani Kumar.I am from Andhra pradesh.can any one answer to my question .i would like to do MBA from top notch business schools like harvard,stanford etc.I heard that for getting into these schools one should have great acamedic background like we should do our graduation from top colleges like IIT,REC etc .Getting a great GMAT score is not enough? .I had done my graduation in a least grade college like an affiliated college to a universtiy in Andhra Pradesh.And now i am working in a MNC.I had great GMAT score.I will apply to business schools after getting enough experience.can i get admission into top notch business schools or not
