My 11 month old suddenly developed little red spots on her face?

She has been teething for a while now and has four teeth. She eats most puree and some solids but no milk, just soy. Also no apples, chicken or strawberries as there are allergies in our family. She has had some pretty soft stools and a bit of vomiting, but very little. At about 2pm today she fell while walking and her bottom teeth cut her top gums a bit and she pocked herself in the eye, bursting a small vessel. I'm not worried about the eye as it happened to me as a baby and has happened to many people but now she has suddenly developed these little redish brownish freckle-like spots on her forehead, around her eyes, and over her nose. They are not raised but they came up so suddenly that it concerns me. Any ideas? Thanks!
