Why didn't Tim Geithner know that he owed over $30,000 in taxes for several years while.....?

...I owed the IRS $800 in taxes from last year's tax return and the IRS has contacted me every month and starting in February they have started contacting me every week? And now he is head of the Department of the Treasury overseeing the IRS? I call BS. Joe Stack is truly a hero for the working and middle cles.
